Today is a great day, and you know why? Because today is the day that I published my long anticipated website! RLG Photos.com is now open and awaiting your visit to browse around, see my images and learn something about who I am and what my vision is, which of course is related to photography.
An speaking of photography, I am working on several projects at this time, let me share some of the general information here.
One of my projects is to document the Central Texas area continuing a project that I started last year that I called the "Abandon Homes" project. The idea is to take images of the houses that served as homes to people around the area showing their current conditions at this time. These dwellings still have some artistic and aesthetic value and my plan is to create a presentation with enough variety to be shown in the local community artistic shows with the goal to do a presentation in a major city such as Austin or San Antonio. The following are some samples of the images I created last year, let me know what you think.
The other project that I want to work on involves portraiture as I am working on including baby portrait to the services provided. I recently became a grandfather and have found out that I enjoy taking images of babies too! I never gave it a second thought but after the last few weeks, the idea is growing in my head, after all, families will have their precious one when they take family portraits. Here are some of the images I have taken in the last few weeks, let me know what you think!

Well, these are the two projects that I am brainstorming, it should be an interesting season in the next few months.
